Before traveling to any charging station, you should:

• Verify station details through the charging network's official app or website
• Confirm your vehicle's compatibility with available connectors
• Check real-time availability if possible

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use ChargeFind to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

8. Intellectual Property

3. Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions

15.3 Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the Service.

16. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ChargeFind
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
