ChargeFind does not sell personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. We also do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under CPRA.

  • Security: Detect fraud, protect against attacks, and maintain service integrity
  • Legal Compliance: Meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests

3. Disclosure of Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of third parties:

  • Service Providers: Cloudflare (hosting), Supabase (database), PostHog (analytics), Stripe (payments), Mapbox (maps)
  • Business Partners: Advertising networks for contextual ads (not behavioral targeting)
  • Legal: Law enforcement, courts, or regulators when required by law

4. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

ChargeFind does not sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration.

We do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our advertising is contextual (based on page content, not user profiles).

If our practices change, we will update this notice and provide a mechanism to opt-out via a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link.

5. Your CCPA/CPRA Rights

Right to Know

You have the right to request information about the personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and sold in the preceding 12 months.

Right to Delete

You have the right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., completing transactions, security, legal compliance).

Right to Correct

You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.

Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing

Although we do not sell or share personal information, you may still submit an opt-out request. We will honor it if our practices change.

Right to Limit Sensitive Personal Information

You have the right to limit our use of sensitive personal information (such as precise geolocation) to what is necessary for providing the service.

Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. You will not receive different pricing, quality, or service levels.

To submit a CCPA request, you can:

We will respond to verified requests within 45 days. If additional time is needed, we will notify you of the extension (up to 90 days total).

  • Verification of the agent's identity
  • Direct verification from you in certain cases

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to:

8. California Minors

ChargeFind is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from California residents under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information, please contact us.

9. California "Shine the Light"

Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents may request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
