Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), you have the right to opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.
Good News: We Don't Sell Your Data
ChargeFind does not sell personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. We also do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law.
What This Means
We do not sell your data. We don't exchange your personal information for money with data brokers, advertisers, or other third parties.
We do not share for behavioral advertising. We don't share your browsing history or personal information with advertisers to build profiles about you across different websites.
Our ads are contextual. When we show ads, they're based on the content of the page you're viewing (like showing EV charger ads on our charging station pages), not based on tracking your behavior across the internet.
What We Do Share (Not a "Sale")
We share information with service providers who help us operate ChargeFind. This is not considered a "sale" under California law:
- • Cloudflare: Hosting and security
- • Supabase: Database storage
- • Stripe: Payment processing
- • PostHog: Analytics (anonymized)
- • Mapbox: Map services

Even though we don't currently sell or share personal information, you can still submit an opt-out request. We'll record your preference and honor it if our practices ever change.
